Yoga classes Malta by the Lotus Room are unique: Jennifer is a modern yogini who embodies yoga as a way of life. She has been teaching yoga in Malta for over ten years, progressively training with world-renowned teachers and evolving her style to integrate traditional and contemporary styles. The Lotus Room yoga style is based on Prana Flow ® Vinyasa Yoga.

All classes are suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners, with small groups of up to fifteen persons so that individual attention is guaranteed. Duration of all classes is one hour and booking is required. We have answered your frequently asked questions here.
Yoga Classes Schedule
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to the Covid-19 situation and until further notice, we are currently offering live online yoga and meditation sessions via Zoom. Online yoga sessions are on Monday (Gentle Vinyasa Flow) and Wednesday (Dynamic Vinyasa Flow) at 7.00pm; Meditation is on Friday at 7.00pm; contact us to join us online. The classes schedule below will be resumed in September 2020 and, due to their popularity, online sessions will continue indefinitely.
Private Yoga Classes
Private yoga classes of duration 90 minutes are available at 45 euro per session. Moving into Motherhood Prenatal Yoga and Yoga & Ayurveda Cleanse Sessions are also available as private classes. Contact Jenny to book.
Yoga Workshops & Retreats
The Lotus Room also hosts a variety of yoga workshops and retreats.

Relieve aches and pains, boost circulation and immunity and experience a general sense of health and well-being during pregnancy. Women who practice prenatal yoga condition their body to experience minimal discomfort during pregnancy and strengthen it in preparation for labour. Pregnancy yoga is beneficial for mother and baby from the second trimester onwards right until it is time to give birth. Pregnancy Yoga is offered as a workshop twice a year, while the weekly Lunar Sadhana class is very appropriate for pregnancy as it is very slow and aimed towards greater relaxation, working wonders in connecting mother and baby.
