Bella has been a dedicated yoga practitioner and class assistant from the very beginning of Jenny’s career as a yoga teacher. In addition, Bella brings her passion for good, healthy vegetarian cooking, often providing the prasadam on Bhakti Yoga evenings and catering for yoga retreats or day workshops. 

This book – a collection of Bella’s own recipes – is a loving gift from Jenny to her mother as a thank you for her unwavering dedication and support; it was also thanks to Bella and her husband Ganni that the Lotus Room was born!
