Join us on a yoga retreat that promises a homey feel, delicious healthy home-made food, a strong dedicated daily yoga practice and an insight of how to boost your wellbeing. The Lotus Room Yoga Retreat 2017 is set in the wilderness of medieval Tuscany, surrounded by rolling hills and breath-taking landscapes, where you can relish a myriad of stunning walks; you will certainly feel close to nature here!
Surrounded by numerous holy sites from the mysterious Etruscan civilisation, the majestic city of Orvieto, the crystal clear Lake Bolsena and ancient Medieval villages such as Civita di Bagnoregio, on this retreat you can expect to experience the atmosphere, fragrances, colours and flavors which are unique to Italy!
What to Expect
The sankalpa, highest intention, of this trip is to restore your body and mind to balance so that you may come into harmony and sync with the rhythm of your own soul voice and live in an authentic state of peace, wholeness and integration.
If you prefer to just relax, there are holistic treatments offered at the farmhouse, with several therapies such as aromatherapy, healing and rejuvenating massages to choose from.

08.00 a.m. – 09.00 a.m.: Vegetarian Breakfast
09.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m.: Morning Yoga Practice
12.30 p.m. – 01.30 p.m.: Vegetarian Lunch
01.30 p.m. – 05.30 p.m.: Free Time for Activities/Workshop
06.00 p.m. – 07.00 p.m.: Yoga Nidra
07.00 p.m. – 08.00 p.m.: Vegetarian Dinner
What’s included – 595 euro
• Full Board (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).
• Two coffee-tea-herbal teas, fruit, etc. breaks daily.
• Use of swimming pools in the park (The pools feature salt filtering systems without chlorine).
